Ambulance Task Force Has Held No Meetings Since it's Creation a Year Ago

It's been a year since Governor Hochul signed a law creating a task force to look at how to improve ambulance services in rural areas -- but the task force still has not met.

State Senator Pam Helming is urging the governor to convene the task force as soon as possible. She says she sent a letter to the governor, and legislative leaders a month ago with no response.

At last check, only three members had been appointed to the task force.

The panel is supposed to make its recommendations by the end of this year
