Rochester School Teachers Will See An Increase In Pay

Rochester school district teachers are getting a raise.

The school board and the teachers union have approved a new three-year contract.

It includes 3.8 percent pay raises each year, retroactive to last July 1. And teachers will get up to $3,000 in bonuses over the first two years.

And the district says the deal gives special education teachers more time to focus on individual student case management
