Monroe County flu cases are on the decline.
The county health department reports just shy of 1,200 new cases in the past week -- about a quarter fewer than the prior week.
Emergency room visits and ICU patients are also down since hitting their peaks last month.
So far, 4 people have died from the flu in the county.
