Jury selection is underway in the trial of several top Proud Boy leaders for their roles in the Capitol Riot, including Dominic Pezzola.
Pezzola and 5 other members of the Proud Boy leadership are charged with seditious conspiracy, along with conspiring to obstruct official proceeding, obstruction of law enforcement, and robbery.
Federal prosecutors say the leaders coordinated their travel to Washington, then plotted to foment a riot and storm Congress, in an attempt to keep Congress from certifying Joe Biden's election victory.
The trial is expected to begin next month, and take several weeks.
If convicted, Pezzola could face decades in prison.
