Hamlin Man Gets 10-Year Sentence on Federal Child Porn Charge

A Hamlin man will serve 10 years in prison on a federal child pornography charge.

Prosecutors say 42-year-old Michael Woloschuk had a number of illicit images on a thumb drive and a laptop, including some portraying violence against children.

A tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led authorities to Woloschuk's home in October of last year.

Woloschuk was convicted on state child porn charges in 2005.
