The suspect in a series of attacks on women in Rochester's Park Avenue neighborhood has been indicted by a Monroe County grand jury.
26-year-old Hayden Cypressi is charged with predatory sexual assault, rape, and three counts each of sexual abuse and attempted rape.
Police say he's the culprit in a rape and three attempted rapes, spanning the last six months.
There's no word yet on when Cypressi will be arraigned on the new charges.
