The fourth annual ROC Holiday Village opens today at 4 p.m. at MLK Park downtown.
It's the first of 16 days of free events through Friday, December 23rd.
The Village will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
There will be free ice skating and skate rentals, free visits with Santa, a shopping village, free live music, indoor and outside bars and food trucks.
New this year -- a lantern parade to the village after the lighting of the Liberty Pole this Saturday at 5 p.m.
And live reindeer will show up for photo ops Sunday, December 18 at 11 a.m.
