A Rochester man is facing more child pornography charges.
Federal prosecutors say 50-year-old Robert Bibbins hid a cellphone in a trash can at a halfway house where he was living.
Parole officers found that phone three days after he was released after serving two years for a probation violation.
The phone contained photos of children, some naked and some in sexually explicit poses.
Bibbins was convicted on state child porn charges in 2015.
