New York State Gun Law Injunction Stayed

There is a new developmen in the legal wrangling over New York's new gun law.

A federal appeals court has issued a temporary stay on a lower court judge’s order that limited enforcement of the law.

U.S. District Judge Glenn Suddaby last week declared parts of the law unconstitutional, including limits on carrying firearms in public parks.

But The Associated Press reports the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued a stay yesterday.
