Another Delay in the Rochester PAB Report

There's been another delay for a report commissioned by the Rochester City Council into problems at the Police Accountability Board.

The law firm that is preparing the report says says it was unable to finish by last week because staff members had COVID-19.

Unless something else goes wrong, the firm says it will now deliver the report to the city by November 16th.

The investigation began this summer after suspended PAB Director Conor Dwyer Reynolds claimed his suspension was retaliation for making a sexual harassment allegation against the board chair at the time, Shani Wilson. Wilson later resigned.

A redacted version of the Council report is expected to eventually be made public
