City Council's Report on PAB Investigation Overdue

The report from Rochester City Council on its investigation into the Police Accountability Board is overdue, but the PAB Chair expects to get it any day now.

The Council previously indicated the report would be delivered by October 31.

The investigation began this summer after suspended PAB Director Conor Dwyer Reynolds claimed his suspension was retaliation for making a sexual harassment allegation against the board chair at the time, Shani Wilson. Wilson later resigned.

A redacted version of the Council report is expected to eventually be made public.
