Hilton school district parents say their trust in the district is broken.
They spoke at last night's school board meeting -- one day after the conviction of former Northwood Elementary principal Kirk Ashton on charges he sexual abused 21 students.
One mother said district staff who knew what was happening should face charges for not reporting it.
Several staffers testified at Ashton's trial they saw suspicious conduct.
Prosecutors have not said whether there will be charges for mandated reporters who failed to report.
