A local man has been found guilty of 2nd-degree manslaughter in a fatal Henrietta crash in August of last year.
Authorities say 61-year-old Michael Lavelle crashed his vehicle into a motorcycle ridden by 71-year-old Douglas Shaw of Henrietta at Calkins Road and Down Street.
Prosecutors say it was an incident of road rage that didn't involve Shaw.
Lavelle will be sentenced in December.
