More Turmoil Inside Rochester's PAB

There is more turmoil inside Rochester's Police Accountability Board.

Eighteen staff members signed a letter to board members calling for the firing of acting manager Duwaine Brascoe -- who succeeded former director Conor Dwyer Reynolds.

The letter follows the firings last week of Deputy Chief of Community Engagement Mozart Guerrier and the suspension of the head of policy and oversight, Mike Higgins. The City paper reports Higgins has since been fired, too.

The employees are calling for a freeze on firings, and the reinstatement of staffers fired by Brascoe. And they want Associate Counsel Anthony Durwin to take over as acting manager.
