Rochester PAB Suspends Another Senior Official

There is no explanation, so far, for the suspension of another senior official at Rochester's Police Accountability Board

As first reported by News10NBC, the chief of Policy and Oversight -- Michael Higgins -- was suspended with pay this week.

Two other staffers were fired in September, and former Executive Director Conor Dwyer Reynolds was suspended over human resources-related complaints back in May. He lost a court fight to be reinstated.

The PAB is currently asking for public comment on its "disciplinary matrix," a list of possible offenses that might be committed by police officers and suggested punishments.
