A Wayne County man has pleaded guilty to a child pornography charge.
Federal prosecutors say 37-year-old Jacob Ritchie of Wolcott had images of children being sexually abused on his cellphone.
Some of the victims were toddlers -- and Ritchie admitted to sexually abusing several young children himself.
Ritchie was caught by a trooper posing online as a 12-year-old girl.
He's already a 3-time convicted Level 3 sex offender.
Ritchie will be sentenced in January.
