More Legal Problems for Convicted Pawn Shop Owner

There is more legal trouble for the former pawn shop owner who admitted to a scheme to resell merchandise he paid drug addicts to steal from other stores.

As first reported by the D&C, defendant Devin Tribunella was accused on September 22 of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and will be arraigned in City Court next week.

The new arrest forced the postponement of his fraud sentencing last week.

You'll recall that Tribunella ran off after he crashed a Lamborghini on East Avenue in 2018, a year before authorities charged him in the $3 million fraud scheme.
