A Webster man is facing criminal charges for recklessly shooting a gun -- wounding a woman and a boy.
It happened Saturday morning at 93 Kircher Park, in the village.
Police say 28-year-old Trevon Whitfield fired a round that hit the woman in buttocks and hit the boy in the leg.
He's charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and endangering a child.
Police say he has a felony robbery record and and is not allowed to own a gun. A search at the home turned up more guns and ammo.
