The Rochester school board is beginning the search for a new superintendent.
The board moved last night to hire a search firm that will help identify candidates, based on qualities established by the board.
The board is looking for a successor to Dr. Lesli Myers-Small.
The board wants the search form to hold public forums and include teachers, parents and students the seach process.
