Report: Cuomo Files Ethics Complaint Against AG James

Former Governor Andrew Cuomo has filed a state ethics complaint against Attorney General Letitia James.

The New York Times reports Cuomo accuses James of intentionally mishandling the investigation into his alleged sexual misconduct, so she could benefit politically.

Cuomo also accuses James of holding a "prejudicial, highly inflammatory" news conference detailing her report in August of last year.

Cuomo resigned weeks after that news conference, but maintained he did not sexually harass any of the 11 women accusing him.

A state court committee could dismiss the complaint, or choose to investigate or discipline James.
