A man charged a deadly hit and run in Greece has been sentenced to 3-to-9 years in prison.
Prosecutors say Christopher Moody drove 70 miles an hour on Dewey Avenue in December 2020 when he hit and killed Lisa Dambra outside a store.
Investigators say he was on his phone and had marijuana in his system at the time.
Moody had rejected a plea deal in July, before agreeing to the deal just a few days later.
