The latest poll shows Governor Kathy Hochul with a 24-point lead over Republican challenger Lee Zeldin.
The poll by Survey USA for an Albany TV station shows Hochul with the support of 55 percent of likely voters, and Zeldin with 31 percent. Fourteen percent were undecided.
It's Hochul's biggest lead in any poll since Zeldin won the Republican primary in June.
The margin of error is 4.6 percentage points.
