UPDATE: State police have identified the man killed by a hit-and-run driver on the Inner Loop.
24-year-old Anthony Trayner of Ontario, Canada was struck around 3:30 yesterday morning while walking in the westbound lanes between Scio Street and Joseph Avenue.

The man was struck around 3:30 yesterday morning in the westbound lanes between Scio Street and Joseph Avenue.
The driver did not stop.
The dead man's name has not been released.
