UPDATE: Man Charged in Crash that Hospitalizes Two Adults, 2-Day-Old Baby

UPDATE: Charges are now filed against the man who police say refused to pull over for troopers and caused a crash that injured two adults and a 2-day-old baby.

21-year-old Kron Hathaway faces assault and weapons charges.

Police say Hathaway fled a traffic stop on Bay Street at around 5 o'clock yesterday, then ran a red light at North Goodman Street -- hitting the other car.

The two adults were in critical condition at last check, while the baby has been transferred to Golisano Children's Hospital in stable condition.

Troopers say Hathaway had a gun and drugs in his car and was wanted on an active warrant in Rochester.

He remains at Strong Hospital, but will be held on $300,000 bail, and more charges may be pending.
