Police are asking for your help locating a missing 31-year-old man.
Shane Wolff has PTSD, bipolar disorder and is believed to be suicidal.
He was last seen on Genesee Street at 1:30 Saturday afternoon.
He is white, five-foot-three, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was wearing a red shirt, black shorts, dark blue sneakers and a dark backpack. He has a tattoo of a nurse on his left arm, and the word Believe on his right arm.
