Early Voting for New York's August 23 Primary Election Starts Tomorrow

Early voting begins tomorrow for New York's August 23 primary election.

Voters will decide races for Congress and state Senate.

The legal battle that revised the district boundaries forced those contests to be held separately from the regular June primary date.

One of the closely watched contests is the Republican primary for the 23rd Congressional District across the Southern Tier. Carl Paladino and Nick Langworthy are running.

Meantime, voters also must decide who will fill the vacant congressional seat in that region for the rest of this year.

Early voting continues until Sunday, August 21.
