Senator Gillibrand will be in Rochester this afternoon to discuss funding for lead pipe replacement in the city.
Rochester has more than 20,000 lead pipes, putting families at risk of lead poisoning.
The recent infrastructure bill includes $2.6 billion to improve water infrastructure and replace more than 300,000 lead pipes across New York State.
