Rochester's Police Accountability Board has voted unanimously to make interim chair Larry Knox the permanent chair for the board.
He took over last month after the resignation of Shani Wilson.
She resigned days after suspended executive director Conor Dwyer Reynolds accused her of sexual harassment.
The board also has elected Arlene Brown as vice-chair. She succeeds Danielle Tucker -- who will remain on the board.
