Senator Chuck Schumer is pushing FEMA to release money need for Wayne County to recover from historic lakeshore flooding. Schumer says the STORM Act was meant ot get money quickly to communities that suffer extensive damage from storms. Schumer also says not only would the money help residents and businesses along Lake Ontario rebuild from flooding -- it would help with projects that could help prevent future disasters.
