Letitia James Fighting to Keep "Ghost Guns" Out of the State

State Attorney General Letitia James is looking to keep so-called "ghost guns" out of New York.

She is suing 10 leading gun manufacturers whom she blames for selling thousands of kits that are then converted into untraceable weapons.

She says those guns are used to get around gun controls.

James's suit seeks to keep these guns and parts from getting into New York under the state's new Public Nuisance law, and she wants funds from those manufacturers to be put into an abatement fund
