Police Accountability Board Taking Complaints

Rochester's Police Accountability Board has started taking complaints about police conduct. The PAB has blamed software issues, unfilled jobs, and a lack of police cooperation for the slow start. Voters approved creation of the board in 2019. Executive director Conor Dwyer Reynolds was hired the following year, but was suspended last month. And the board's first chair, Shani Wilson, resigned this month.
