A Monroe County grand jury has indicted the man accused of firing shots at deputies last week at a Henrietta restaurant.
Thirty-three-year-old Alonzo Jones faces attempted aggravated murder of a police officer, attempted aggravated assault against a police officer, and gun charges.
The sheriff's office says Jones fired at two deputies responding to the Carrabba's Italian Grill on West Henrietta Road last Thursday night.
No one was hurt in the gunfire exchange.
