Police are looking for serial carjackers who took a car in Rochester, then took another a short time later Gates.
The second carjacking happened around 4:30 yesterday morning when a man told Gates police his vehicle was stolen at gunpoint by two people.
He believes they had followed him home in a vehicle that police learned had been stolen that evening -- under similar circumstances -- in the city.
The man was hit in the head with a gun before the thieves drove off.
