Rep. Jacobs Says He Would Back Assault Weapons Ban

Congressman Chris Jacobs says he would support an assault weapons ban.

He says he would also back a raising of the age to buy firearms to 21 -- and magazine capacity limits.

He's also looking to write a bill that would ban civilians from buying body armor.

That bill would be named after Aaron Salter Junior -- the retired Buffalo cop who lost his life confronting the Buffalo supermarket shooter.
