Buffalo Supermarket Shooter Payton Gendron Indicted By Grand Jury In Court

The man accused in the mass shooting at a Buffalo supermarket has been indicted by a grand jury.

Payton Gendron allegedly killed ten people at the Tops supermarket.

He appeared in court today and is charged with first-degree murder.

Some family members of the victims were in the courtroom, with one calling Gendron a coward as he walked out after the hearing was adjourned.

Gendron remains held without bail and is due back in court on June 9th.
