Brittanee Drexel's Remains Identified, Charges Filed

Charges have been filed against the sex offender accused of raping and murdering Brittanee Drexel.

Raymond Moody is charged with murder, kidnapping, and criminal sexual conduct.

The remains found near Georgetown, South Carolina Thursday -- are positively identified as Drexel's.

Her mother, Dawn Drexel, says the family is happy to have some peace.

Her father, Chad Drexel, says his feelings are mixed.

Dawn Drexel says celebrations of Brittanee's life will be held in both Rochester and Myrtle Beach in the coming days.

Meantime, Moody is now being held without bail on the new charges.
