UPDATE: A Rochester man is charged in the death last night at Ontario Beach Park.
43-year-old Carlos Mateo is charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide.
Deputies say Mateo and a 29-year-old man got into a fight, and the victim suffered a severe head injury.
That injury turned out to be fatal.
There's no ID yet on the victim.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a man was found seriously injured at Ontario Beach Park on Wednesday night. Deputies say the victim got into an altercation with another man. The 30-year-old later died at the hospital. Deputies say they are now investigating the incident as a potential homicide.
