The head of a violent Rochester drug ring will serve life in prison plus 25 years.
44-year-old Carlos Javier Figueroa was convicted of a slew of federal charges last June.
Prosecutors say he provided guns used in at least two murders, while trafficking cocaine throughout the city.
A 2018 raid turned up $700,000 in cash, 4 kilos of cocaine, heroin, and several firearms.
Eleven others involved in the ring have also pleaded guilty to federal charges.
