Moore Granted Parole for 1962 Murder

A man serving time for a Penfield murder from 60 years ago could be getting out of prison next month.

As first reported by 13WHAM, James Moore's most recent parole bid was successful.

He could be released as soon as June 6th.

The 88-year-old Moore is the state's longest-jailed prisoner.

He was convicted of murder in the death of 14-year-old Pamela Moss back in 1962.

Moore first became eligible for parole in 1982.
