A man paroled in October and arrested for cocaine possession in December is now under arrest for a Rochester homicide last month.
Thirty-three-year-old Darrell Griffin is charged with murder and a gun crime for the shooting death April 24th of Omar Hughley during an apparent robbery in a west side parking lot.
Griffin was paroled in October from a prior gun conviction.
He was arrested in December for drug possession and traffic infractions. He pleaded guilty in January and was sentenced to a conditional discharge.
