A new poll finds disgraced former Governor Cuomo could be an election day spoiler this Fall.
The Emerson College-The Hill survey finds if Cuomo were to run as an Independent candidate he would get around 16 percent of the vote.
Thirty-three percent of voters would support a Democrat on election day and another 33 percent would support the Republican.
Eighteen percent of voters surveyed say they are unsure who they will vote for right now.
