Greece Post Office Manager, Postal Worker Charged in Drug Operation

A manager at the Latta Road United States Post Office in Greece is facing federal charges.

He is accused of using the mail to move cocaine and marijuana.

According to charging documents, surveillance cameras caught Ralph Minni intercepting boxes of drugs, shipping drug packages, and moving drugs to and from his home.

An alleged accomplice, Grace Lopez, worked at the Henrietta post office and allegedly sold drugs supplied by Minni.

The drugs were coming from an unknown source in California.

Federal investigators believe Minni may have distributed drugs to other postal workers in Western New York.
