A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted a Rochester woman on charges of second degree vehicular assault, driving without a license and driving while high on drugs. Jasmine Davis is accused of hitting a nine-year-old boy as he was crossing Lyndhurst Street in the middle of the afternoon. The 33-year-old woman stayed at the scene and cooperated with police.
