Monroe County is spending more money to improve the fan experience at Frontier Field.
County Executive Adam Bello says $11 million will be spent on bistro table seating, improved picnic and patio seating, and a 360-degree concourse.
That's on top of the $12 million recently committed in the county budget to bring the stadium into compliance with guidelines set by Major League Baseball.
Those include larger clubhouses, improved training facilities, and improved lighting.
