Woman Pleads Guilty in Fatal Brighton Crash

The woman accused of hitting and killing a nanny and child in Brighton has pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide and assault.

Ninoshka Vazquez-Ruiz admitted fatally striking 45-year-old Elmira Hall and 9-year-old Mila Ruangsuwana back in November of 2019.

The girl's 2-year-old brother was severely injured.

Vazquez-Ruiz faces 1 to 3 years in prison.
