UPDATE: Rochester police have identified the man killed in a shooting at Goodman Plaza, on North Goodman Street last night.
23-year-old Dallas Cooper Junior was pronounced dead on arrival at Strong Hospital.
A 31-year-old man was wounded in the shooting.
He was taken by private vehicle to Strong and is recovering.
There have been 19 homicides so far this year in the city.

Rochester Police are investigating after a double shooting at Family Dollar Sunday night. Police were called to Goodman Plaza on North Goodman Street around 9 p.m. Investigators say a 23-year-old man was shot and later died at Strong Hospital. A 31-year-old man, who police believe was also involved in the incident, arrived at Strong Hospital in a private vehicle and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Police have not made any arrests in this case.
