A man has been arrested in connection to a fatal crash involved involving a bicyclist in Brighton last month. The Brighton Police Department Gediminas Backus, 62, of Penfield was driving drunk when he struck and killed Deaveon Davis, 24. The crash happened on Linden Avenue, between Route 490 and Glen Road, on March 19.Police have arrested and charged Backus with DWI and second-degree vehicular manslaughter.
