4 Charged in Thanksgiving Homicide, Other Crimes

Four Rochester men are facing murder and other charges, in an alleged carjacking last Thanksgiving.

23-year-old Davezhone Bratcher was shot on Cummings Street and later died at the hospital.

20-year old Quincy Brumfield, 21-year old Robert Perdue Jr, 19-year old James Lee Scott Jr., and 32-year old Matthew Williams have been arrested.

They've been indicted on second-degree murder, assault, attempted robbery, and weapons possession.

The four men are also facing assorted charges in five other incidents.

At the time of these incidents, two of the men were on probation, and one was on parole.

Brumfield remains hospitalized, after he was shot a day after the alleged crime spree..
