Police have identified the victim and the suspect in Rochester's latest homicide.
46-year-old Shawn Appleberry of Rochester is charged with 2nd-degree murder.
Police say he shot 42-year-old Desmin Diggs during an argument Sunday night on East Ridge Road, just west of North Clinton.
The location is about a block from the area where 32-year-old Quinn Mair was shot to death during an argument early Saturday morning.
City police have logged 16 homicides so far this year.
