Testimony is now underway in the trial of two people accused of killing a Rochester man and stealing his car back in 2019.
David Garner and Kimberly Jones face murder and kidnapping charges in the death of 39-year-old Samuel Ortiz.
His body was found in a Lakeview Park garage, and his car was found on fire in Florida two days later.
Both Garner and Jones were on parole at the time of the alleged homicide.
